Neha Wireless got rid of a nasty virus from my Samsung after I clicked on something I wasn't supposed to. Two days later while trying to install an app, Idk what happened, but my phone went weird, appearances changed, things went missing, and anxiety set in. I again took it to Neha. Both times, it took less than 3 hours to repair, and continues to be working fine. I came in with a water damaged phone, everywhere I took it said they could do nothing, and not saying any names but were rude. But a friend told me about Neha Wireless so I decided to see what they had to say. Everyone there was so friendly and up beat. I felt like I walked into a friends house. They were great! replaced the battery in my pixel phone and they are almost impossible to do because the screen is glued down . Very friendly people and the man that owns it is super nice too. While I was waiting for my pixel to get fixed I watched them replace several iPhone screens. If you have an iPhone with a cracked screen they can replace it in about 15 minutes. Give them a try, they're good . If you're ever up in Rector try Farrens BBQ, it's good too.. lol ~ F. Y

I went to neha to get my iPhone 8 Plus fixed it was totally broken ran over they gave me a great deal and fixed my phone I don’t know how because my phone was really totally broken and smashed but they fixed it go here for anything you need fixed same day wonderful customer service. Best result of nehawireless. If you are getting any problem in your mobile in Jonesboro then Only nehawireless is the shop that can make you agree with 100% Grantee. Tragically, there's not a great deal you can do to about online issues without a more grounded WiFi association or better area. There is an application or two that guarantees to make online speeds speedier, however, let's be realistic, who knows whether that'll work. ~ Prashant A

My daughter dropped her phone at school and was shattered . Tried every phone store in jonesboro . They said cannot be fixed . They tried to sell me new phone but my co worker suggested me to Neha wireless and taking there . They fixed my phone in 2 hr and my daughter is using this for 3 month now with no problem . My daughter screen on her iPhone was stuck I took it to Neha wireless and they fixed my daughters screen but then a couple of days later the screen went black they actually took time to see what exactly was wrong with the phone and they told me if it’s the screen they would replace it for free and that’s exactly what they did and now my daughter is happy ~ DENITRA F

always repaired my iphones with them but this experience wasnt so great do not believe it was them but the phones bought a iphone and it started to freeze up on me told me to come back to the store to get a replacement decided to go with a s6 Plus and got home phone worked great intil it went dead and now it will not power on say PHR lock like seriously. will be back in the morining 😢 ~ Rechanta C

Excellent service and reasonable rates. Took my iPhone 10R to get the screen replaced. They said to give them an hour and took my wife’s cell number to text when it was completed. We left to get some lunch and 21 minutes later we received the text that the repair was completed. Phone is like a new one and only cost $89 plus tax to get done. Also they had some really cute electric cars for kids. ~ Julius K
